Egg french crepe the healthy menu
Egg french crepe the recipe is applied with finely blended oats to add a chewy texture and fiber to the crepe dough. Stuffed with a big slice of ham and greasy cheese. It goes well with fried soft boiled eggs.
Ingredients: Egg crepe with ham and cheese (for 2 pieces)
- Cup all-purpose wheat flour
- Finely blended oats through a sieve 1⁄2 cup.
- 8 Eggs
- 2 cups fresh milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 5 slices of ham
- 11⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Chives, sliced for garnish
- Pepper
- Bacon
- A little vegetable oil for brushing the pan
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix wheat flour, oats, egg , salt and sugar in a mixing bowl. Use a whisk to mix well. Pour in the milk little by little, stir until the mixture is well combine, add meltbutter, stir until combined.
2.Grease a thin layer of vegetable oil on the nonstick pan. Raise the pan over low heat, scoop about flour mixture; Cup into the pan, cover thoroughly until thin, place the ham , bacon and pepper in the center. Sprinkle the cheese over the crepe dough and hammer 1 egg over the ham.
3. Note that the edges of the dough begin to cook and have a dark yellow color, fold in all four sides of the dough inward. Then use the lid to cover the pan for 1 minute or until the eggs are cooked into soft rubber. Put it on a serving plate and continue until the end.
